UK shipping.
We ship UK-wide via Royal Mail. Two tracked options are available at checkout:
Tracked 24 is always available as a paid option at checkout, regardless of order value. Free shipping applies to Tracked 48 only.
EU shipping.
We ship to all European Union countries via Royal Mail International.
Order processing.
All orders require 24 hours for processing before shipment. This ensures your tea is carefully packaged and prepared for its journey to you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey on the Royal Mail website.
Cancellation and returns.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at hello@niabotanica.com. You must return any goods to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You can only return tea products that are unopened and in their original packaging for a refund. Digital wellness guides are non-refundable once downloaded. Custom Build-a-Bundle orders are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and will specify whether the product needs to be returned to us.
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
