Cancellation and Returns

You can only return tea products that are unopened and in their original packaging for a refund. Digital wellness guides are non-refundable once downloaded. Custom Build-a-Bundle orders are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and will specify whether the product needs to be returned to us.

Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are exclusive of delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
