Thyroid trouble? there’s a tea for that!
An overwhelmingly common health concern coming up for women of all ages is thyroid issues. Whether over-active or under-active, the thyroid gland impacts so many parts of our well-being. A huge symptom being energy levels for both hyper or under active thyroid.⚡️
Although thyroid concerns are not easy and impact you everyday, like digestion, hydration, libido, cognition, and menstrual cycles, I dare to say it- there’s a blessing in it.
